Do you ride your brakes or do you coast? #powerfuls

I was in traffic the other day and saw an interesting trend. Many drivers would ride their brakes til they stopped instead of coasting allowing their car to slow itself. Riding your brakes can take 100 miles off of them and can result in other possible catastrophic events.

Like trying to avoid an accident then being hit by another car because you could not stop in time because of worn out brakes. People who ride their brakes have a lack of trust in themselves and their vehicle. This is why we have accidents. People are more reactive then defensive. A great defense can protect you from a detrimental habit or a stuck mindset. The same stuck mindset that keeps you from your progression. Some people say it’s bad to be defensive. Defensiveness is important because you feel something. People do drugs and alcohol to escape feeling something. Which is horrible because you feel things to know something is good or bad.

This is where coasting comes in. Coasting is trusting yourself enough to slow down in a situation trusting your assessment. Learn how to trust yourself in the book

Powerfuls: the book of power gain. In most situations others will tell you your assessments are wrong. Trust your abilities and grow them to there next level!
