What is Muscle Memory?

     Muscle Memory is the retention of certain actions and movements we do. Muscle memory is mainly used in sports and body building. These give athletes the advantage of being able to keep a non active mind and let the body do the work. This is achieved through repetition and most of all constant practice. These are mostly good things to do in life. When you are in the learning process of a job we want to have these muscle memory qualities.

We should practice positive habits and find joy from them. These positive habits can be Assertiveness, bravery, discipline, and love. I believe habit is muscle memory that our comfort zone has given to us. The comfort zone we should give up on cultivating. The oppressor wants you in your comfort zone. The comfort zone makes you easily controllable. I hate using the word sheeple because sheep can be leaders to the slaughter. These sheep are taught by a master to obey him and kill the sheep’s kin. This is a bad habit to have. Let’s make a new word and call them the Dociles! The people who don’t control themselves and let others delegate their existence. This becomes bad muscle memory.

  1. Really wonderful. It’s a different perspective. If we don’t come out of our comfort zone, then we will never experience anything different. Also, i agree with you,we can be easily defeated. Spread positivity.
